Here at Zack’s Bees we have successfully been keeping and wintering bees in Michigan since 2019. We sell high quality singles, produced by our own bees wintered here in Michigan. Each single consists of 8 frames of bees and a laying queen and a feeder. Approximately 6-7 frames of brood and 1-2 frames of honey/pollen. WE DO NOT SHIP SINGLES!

2024 Singles are $300 each.  A preorder payment of $150 will be required to hold your singles(s).  You will pay the balance of $150 per single on pickup.  Single deep hive pickups generally occur in May and early June.  Dates are approximate, and could change depending on weather. Orders are filled in the order received, so the earlier you place your order, the earlier your pickup date.  As your pickup date nears we will contact you via email / phone to confirm the date. We will not refund preorder payments to customers who fail to pickup their bees.
